Now here is a beautiful 22LR rimfire. It’s a Kimber of Oregon Custom Classic M82 with French walnut stock. It clumps 5 shots in one ragged hole at 50 yards. To me this is the optimum squirrel rifle. And a pure joy to shoot. Scope is Leupold 3-9x36 with parallax adjust objective. Focusing sharply inside of 25 yards at 9x is critical when sighting a gleaming eye peering over a limb. Norma Match-22 turning in consistent speeds and stellar groups. You don’t need magnum velocities with a 22 rimfire this accurate.
