The point made in this blog is a serious one: who is vetting the self-proclaimed "firearms experts" on the internet, You Tube, etc? Once upon a time a handful of magazines hired proven, tested journalists who were also firearms experts -- or at least knew how to interview experts. Now the net is littered with instant experts, making it nearly impossible for anyone to get honest answers to firearms, ammo and ballistic questions. Best advice: do thorough research, including on the "experts" dispensing advice, and take everything you find on the internet with a grain -- or whole shaker -- of salt.
